Black and Woman owned, We All Rise is a young firm that connects big players and grassroots organizations to make economic development equitable and resilient.

I worked with We All Rise to refresh their brand identity and design and develop a new website in Webflow that is responsive and easy to update via a CMS backend.

We All Rise's identity is rooted in an unapologetically bold call to action.

Their visual identity is simple and relies heavily on photos—celebrating and putting emphasis on the people and the work,

Their voice is strong, unfaltering and simplifies whenever possible, to make getting involved accessible for all.
We All Rise has many pieces, encompassing communities, places, infrastructure and the critical work connecting them.
Visual Identity Rules

1. White text, black backgrounds.A call to action. Drawing inspiration from: Black Lives Matter and other social movements.

2. Color only used in images. To celebrate and put emphasis on the people and the work.

3. One font, one weight.Helvetica Neue 55 Roman. Keeping it clean, simple and easy to maintain for non-designers.

4. Large text, every section with subheads. For impact, accessibility and retention of information when skimming.
I designed and developed the website completely from scratch, working from Figma to Webflow.

This included designing and developing every element, from the structure of the navigation menus and to the bezier curves defining the motion speed of the animations.

The website is built almost entirely on a flexible CMS platform that allows for easy editing of content through a backend portal.
